Phillip and David meet clients in London

Last week saw Phil Holden and David Ward visiting clients in London.

Both Phil and David enjoyed the glorious skyline over Parliament square from the RICS terrace before meeting new clients. The modern RICS facilities made for a welcoming environment along with the more traditional aspects such as the library.

Pictured below is a statue of John Clutton, commemorating his legacy as a leader who helped shape surveying. John was a key founder of the Surveyors’ Association in 1868 which later became the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors). He was one of the first founding members of the regulation aswell as the firm ‘Cluttons’ which still operates today.
