Diafora is proud to announce that we are now an ISO 9001:2015 certified firm, awarded by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance.
This certification recognises that Diafora provides the highest quality practice and has a robust quality management system.
Over recent years, the Diafora team have been working diligently towards the ISO 9001:2015 certification. Throughout November 2024 our team began the auditing process resulting in the successful achievement of the Stage 1 audit. After successfully passing the Stage 1 audit, Diafora began the stage 2 process at the start of 2025 and successfully achieved the Stage 2 audit and certification in March 2025.
In order to become a certified firm, Ian and Dawn underwent audit training to become Diafora’s internal auditors. They then worked tirelessly on the ISO 9001:2015 internal auditing process to ensure that documentation and procedures were in place and in order, making our first external audit run smoothly.
At Diafora, our team work meticulously in ensuring that client expectations are met. Having the ISO 9001:2015 certification is a globally recognised standard that demonstrates Diafora’s commitment to quality.
We would like to thank Dax Majer from Mayer Environmental for his ongoing support on the lead up to and during both audits. Dax provided a wealth of knowledge throughout the process of achieving ISO 9001:2015. With over 18 years of experience in conducting third party audits, Dax had the expertise to help develop and implement our quality management system.
