October / November 2025

What a busy Autumn we have had at Diafora, the team have been working hard on the run up to Christmas, with lots of recruiting, travel, technology and quantity surveying.

Open Space AI digital capture has continued to track the development of projects we support. This technology uses a 360-degree camera to capture every aspect of a construction project as it progresses. It allows comparison with time/date stamped images that can be referenced later in the project.

The team have spent time networking, from the Midlands to Aberdeen. Ian Townsend and Haroon Zaki attended the East Midlands Expo earlier this month, bringing new leads and networking with professionals. Managing Director Phillip Holden visited Aberdeen at the floating Offshore wind expo. Both expos provided a positive experience, allowing Diafora to show how we can add value to projects.

Diafora also took delivery of the new pop-up banner which we displayed at the expos. Working closely with Full Phat Design, we were able to develop an eye-catching banner that represents our services and company well.

The management team have been working hard towards some big changes that will be announced in the New Year. They have also successfully recruited two new Quantity Surveyors who will be joining Diafora in the near future. Don’t forget to check our socials to find out more in January!

Within this time, we gained another mental health first aider. Joshua Freeman is now qualified to provide support where needed. At Diafora, we understand the importance of mental health and the need to have trained professionals at hand if needed.

The team are looking forward to a well-deserved break over the festive period, as the Diafora office closes Friday 19th December. We re-open in January with some big announcements!
