Drawing on skills from our other core disciplines, our project management team provides a single point of contact but with the ability to draw on other skills and knowledge base from within Diafora and our selected partners. Through our direct access to a team of experienced quantity surveyors, estimators, planners, dispute practitioners and legal specialists we are able to monitor, co-ordinate and manage all aspects of project delivery, dealing with any commercial matters or complicated contractual situations that may arise along the way.

Our Project Managers are multi-skilled professionals drawn from many disciplines, including consultants and chartered Engineers with recognised industry accreditations including members of the Chartered Institution of Building (MCIOB), amongst others.

Our Project Management services cover the whole project, from inception to completion and beyond, working either autonomously or alongside your existing team. Post Construction Phase and beyond

Defect management and rectification

By working closely with the entire project delivery team and workforce, we will closely monitor, influence and encourage prompt identification of likely scenarios resulting in potential occurrences of non-compliant, defective, or poor standards of workmanship, in order to eliminate occurrences at an early stage wherever possible. Through strong and established experiences, our Project Managers will help ensure defects are minimised and addressed promptly, providing you with confidence your project and obligations are being delivered to the required standards, and with minimum impact to programme, budget and quality.

Document Control

A significant variety of complex and fundamental project documentation will be required to fulfil legal and contractual obligations and for the ongoing use and maintenance of a project. Through careful project management and process controls, we will ensure your legislative, contract, project and business obligations are recognised and delivered.
